Party Wall Notices
Serving Party Wall notices on behalf of the Building Owner under specific sections of the Act. Advising and acting for the Adjoining Owners who have been served a Party Wall notice.

Liaising with neighbours, creating Party Wall awards outlining the rights and obligations of each party. Finalising the exact time and manner of execution of works in accordance with the Act.
Paperwork Corrections

Schedule of Conditions
Preparing detailed written reports of conditions of Adjoining Owners' properties prior to any building works commencing. Undertaking extensive property inspections during the process.
Surveying
Carrying out rigorous surveys and inspections to residential and commercial properties. Final property condition inspections cross referencing with the Schedule fo Condition.
